LeBron James: "Guys are not taking much time off after the season now to get back on the court because it's too much build up and the game is so much faster now. You can't be, you know, you used to have the ability to kind of use training camp and use like preseason to kind of get into the rhythm, you know, but now with so many, we're playing so much faster, you know, and soft tissue injuries are happening to reoccurring now that you have to start the the the body movement a lot sooner than than we maybe did back in the day."
