LeBron James is a free agent and he and his agent Rich Paul are currently on a fact-finding mission. James has sent Paul out to canvas the league and see which teams are interested in his services for the upcoming season. It’s only been a few days, but it seems Paul has already found multiple facts, including which players play for some of the teams.

Paul broke out the white board on the latest episode of Game Over with Max Kellerman and Rich Paul to break down all the teams that supposedly have interest in signing LeBron. According to Paul, 12 to 14 teams have shown interest, but it appears that only 10 made the white board.

Paul then used a pointer to point to the teams, players or executives LeBron was considering and explained why each might make an attractive destination.

Here are all the teams Rich Paul put on the white board and the main reasons each organziation was being considered.

Golden State Warriors – Stephen Curry and Draymond Green are underlined. Based on their position on the board they were either one of the first or last options written on the board.

Boston Celtics – Brad Stevens and Jayson Tatum were underlined.

Cleveland Cavaliers – Donovan Mitchell, James Harden, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen, team owner Dan Gilbert, his son Grant Gilbert, assistant general manager Brandon Weems. This is the only team that had four starters listed as well as multiple owners, executives and a potential “minus” in Darius Garland being traded away in February.

Philadelphia 76ers – Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecomb, Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid

Miami Heat – Davion Mitchell, Andrew Wiggins, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bam Adebayo

Minnesota Timberwolves – Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, Jayden McDaniel, Rudy Gobert

Denver Nuggets – Jamal Murray, Cameron Johnson, Aaron Gordon, Nikola Jokic and owner Stan Knoenke.

Dallas Mavericks – Team president Masai Ujiri was underlined. Oil, golf, “Macao and the Sands group” and Africa are also attractive, while none of the players on the roster were listed. Not Cooper Flagg. Not Kyrie Irving. Nobody. Dallas is just a very attractive golf and business destination.

San Antonio Spurs – Underlined. No reasons listed. Happiness is nice, but this is a Finals team so if winning is important, they’re an obvious top choice.

New York Knicks – Three letters. If you’re to believe what Paul says, they would have been the first and only choice if the Knicks had not won the title last month.

Overall, it’s both a thorough list as well as mostly basic. Half the teams are just lists of players which is the most basic way to think about it. It should be fun to look back at this list after he makes his decision and see what really the most important factor ending up being. Don’t sleep on golf.
