Although Nashville is not hosting the 2027 NFL Draft, Tennessee Titans fans are likely keeping an eye toward the event after watching general manager Mike Borgonzi pull off what appears to be another outstanding draft class. And now, there is some clarity on when it will take place.
On Thursday, the NFL announced the dates for the 2027 NFL Draft, which will take place later in the year. This year, the three-day extravaganza will take place Thursday, April 29, 2027, through Saturday, May 1, 2027, in Washington, D.C.
Washington should be an amazing venue for the event, which is scheduled to take over the National Mall and other iconic landmarks in our nation’s capital, including the NFL Draft Experience, located along Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 3rd and 7th Streets, with additional locations still to be announced.
The NFL draft has become a huge fan event and an amazing experience for the players in attendance, and it has grown tremendously since its move to Nashville. At the last draft in April in Pittsburgh for the 2026 draft, an estimated 805,000 fans (and Titans Wire) attended the event over the three days.
