Earlier this week, the Miami Dolphins unveiled their schedule for the 2026 season, which will be the first under new general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan and head coach Jeff Hafley.

While the Dolphins are expected to struggle in 2026 with a roster full of veterans on one-year deals and a big group of rookies, both drafted and undrafted, they have a stretch of five games to end their season that's the toughest of the year.

In Week 14, Miami will host the Chicago Bears, who went 11-6 and won the NFC North in 2025. With a year in Ben Johnson's system, 2024 first-overall pick Caleb Williams could ascend to a legitimate MVP candidate in 2026.

The following week, the Dolphins travel to the Frozen Tundra for a late-season battle with the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Not only do the Packers already know a lot about Hafley and quarterback Malik Willis, but the weather will most certainly be a factor.

After that, Miami will return home for a matchup against Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers. This should be the easiest matchup in the stretch, but with former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel working with the former first-round pick, it'll still be difficult.

In Week 17, the Dolphins remain at Hard Rock Stadium for the second of two games against the Buffalo Bills. With Buffalo likely having something to play for, they'll give Miami a real challenge.

The Dolphins finish their regular season with a matchup with the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium. If New England is fighting for a playoff spot or better seeding, Miami will have to try and play spoiler. However, Miami doesn't seem to have the talent to do that.
