Knox Kiffin, the son of LSU football head coach Lane Kiffin, picked up a Power Four offer on Thursday. Tech joins a handful of power-conference teams that have already made offers to Kiffin, including Missouri and SMU.

Kiffin plays his high school ball at University Lab High School in Baton Rouge, not far from LSU's campus. Rivals Industry Rankings slots Kiffin as the No. 511-ranked player in the 2028 recruiting class. He's the No. 55 quarterback and No. 13 in the state of Louisiana.

As Kiffin enters his junior year, he's begining a pivotal time for his collegiate recruitment. There's still a way to go before he signs with a college, and he has two years left to play in high school, but the junior year is when college coaches and scouts really start paying attention.
