At least a month?! This actually probably saves the Lakers from themselves where they likely would have given up their 27/29 first rounders in trade for guys that maybe would have put them in the play-in at best.

It never would’ve happened but the 4D chess move would’ve been trading Davis at his current caliber of performing then trading Lebron this summer when he’s eligible. They have no future at this rate.

Anthony Davis grew 6” one summer when he was a kid. His body was always going to have to have problems. In hindsight his best bet would’ve been the KG method of never putting on significant bulk.

I was pointing out the Lakers trade for Anthony Davis should be considered a success because they won a championship with him in the Orlando bubble even if he doesn't help produce another.
