We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
Wow. Gone too young. He must have known something serious was up. After his last win, like 6 days ago, he said, "You've got to celebrate each one like it might be your last."

I saw the Kentucky Quaker State 400 and Kyle won that race. It was the first one in Kentucky and the only race that I watched live from start to finish. I almost didn't make it to the race because of some of the most ridiculous traffic I've ever seen. We ended up finding a place to park about a mile or so away from the track. It was pretty cool because I got free tickets through the USAF and got to take my neighbor who is a massive nascar fan. I don't think I've ever had more fun at a sporting event. I saw a ridiculous skirmish break out when Dale Jr. blew his tire and his night ended. It was pretty funny.
