Kudos to the Jags Fans That Visited

The Jags fans that have been hanging around all week were class guys. I hope I can speak for all of ASFN when I say that didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated around here. Thanks!

Yep, unlike the Jags fans on their 'official' board.

It makes the Cardinals 'official' board seem civilized. The level of comments were along the lines of

• The Cardinals suck and have always sucked because they are the Cardinals
• Cardinal's fan's are stupid and don't care about football
• Cardinal's don't have any fans
• Cardinals only have bad players

etc, etc etc. Any attempt at asking football questions or correcting obvious inaccuracies is met with flames or being ignored.

You'd think we'd be a bit more understanding of these things given the Jags' record over the last few years, and the sort of media coverage we've been getting over that time. Seems like it doesn't take long for a winning season and a chance at the playoffs to go to some people's heads...

It's been great to be posting here as well - I think this is probably the best board I've seen yet for an opposing team. Classy posters one and all and a lot of football knowledge.

You'd think we'd be a bit more understanding of these things given the Jags' record over the last few years, and the sort of media coverage we've been getting over that time. Seems like it doesn't take long for a winning season and a chance at the playoffs to go to some people's heads...

The city itself is rather ugly when you get right into the downtown core.....looks nice at night from afar. The outside areas are nice however.

Not from ASFN posters you haven't but from what I could see they emulated a pack of rabid dogs from the start. Not that the Cardinals official baord is any better, though I understand a nuymber of the Jags posters from that board went over and trashed the place. I read comments about arguments with Gee and friends.

Now if they had gone over to Azcentral and trashed the place it might have been usful.
