Knicks players Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby are scheduled to make guest appearances on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' Tuesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 17 following their historic NBA Championship win.

The Knicks captured the title Saturday night with a 94-90 victory in Game 5, sparking celebrations across New York as fans flooded streets throughout the city.

The 2026 NBA Championship marks Towns's first NBA ring and Anunoby's second. Anunoby earned his first championship ring in 2019 with the Toronto Raptors, but he did not play in the series after being sidelined due to an appendectomy.

Tuesday night's appearance will be Towns' second interview with Seth Meyers after appearing once in January. Anunoby will make his first 'Late Night' appearance Wednesday night.

Knicks continue championship media tour

The Knicks' starting lineup — Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, OG Anunoby, Josh Hart and Mikal Bridges — appeared at Rockefeller Plaza in the morning for the Today Show Monday morning and later in the evening with Wu-Tang Clan and Knicks' superfan Spike Lee on the 'Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.'

Late Night with Seth Meyers is scheduled to air Tuesday, June 16 with Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby on Wednesday, June 17 at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC and streaming the next day on Peacock.

When is the Knicks championship parade?

New York City officials have announced plans for a ticker-tape parade to celebrate the Knicks' championship.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani said the parade is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, beginning at 10 a.m.

The parade will travel through Lower Manhattan's Canyon of Heroes before concluding at City Hall, where players and coaches are expected to be honored.

Attendance is free, but large crowds are expected. City officials have encouraged fans to arrive early.

The celebration will mark the first ticker-tape parade in Knicks history. The franchise's previous NBA championship teams in 1970 and 1973 were honored with receptions at City Hall rather than parades.
