Brad Dalke experienced a real nightmare at the Rocket Classic last week.
Dalke made the fourth start of his career on the PGA Tour at the Rocket Classic, his first since 2017.
The 28-year-old played on the DP World Tour a couple of weeks ago in Germany, and performed really well, finishing in a tie for 30th.
However, Brad Dalke‘s return to the PGA Tour did not go to plan.

The former YouTube content creator shot rounds of 81 and 75 to finish dead last at Detroit Golf Club by four strokes.
Dalke described his week at the Rocket Classic as a ‘nightmare’, and he was obviously bitterly disappointed with his result.
But what did his fellow PGA Tour players make of his performance?
Kevin Kisner suggests what PGA Tour players really think about Brad Dalke
Kisner spoke about Dalke’s showing at the Rocket Classic during an appearance on the Fore Play Podcast.
He responded when asked whether he believes PGA Tour players were quietly happy that Dalke performed so poorly, due to his YouTube content creating background.
“I read his post, and I kind of felt sad for the guy, because I think he basically was going to be the next tour star, coming out of college, but then he kind of lost his game with his driver,“ Kisner said.
“He had to figure out another way to make a living after his dreams went away, and then suddenly started playing great again on YouTube and other things.
“And he kind of wants to give it a shot again.
“Then to go out there when he was coming off a decent week on the DP World Tour, and I thought he had some momentum. I was like, man, that’d be an unbelievable story, if this dude did come back, and really found his game, and he really took the moment by storm, and what if he finished top-10, you know, and kept going to the Wyndham?

“So for him to, I think he finished last, right? He shot 81, 75.
“I know he’s had some health issues with his wife that he’s been dealing with.
“He played for my good friend Ryan Hybl at Oklahoma, and he’s always told me how great of a kid he is, and like you said, Collin Morikawa knows how good he is.
“So I think in his case, guys are probably pulling for him. I think Dalke fits the mould as in, ‘yeah, we all know you’re good enough to play out here, dude’.“
Kevin Kisner is most likely right in his summary there.
There is no doubt that Dalke is a superb player. You don’t play in The Masters and The US Open if you’re not.
Collin Morikawa’s comments on Brad Dalke
Back in November 20256, Collin Morikawa was asked to share his thoughts on Dalke as a golfer.
“You know, I’ve known Brad Dalke forever,“ Morikawa replied.
“I mean, he was a world-beater when he was 12, 13, even all the way through high school.
“He was kind of like the guy, because he was beating everyone who was 17 when he was 12. That’s crazy.
“So, you know, college, obviously, I think he won a national championship with Oklahoma.
“But, you know, he didn’t quite do exactly what he wanted, and that’s part of golf, and that’s part of life.
“So I’m happy to see him. I mean, it seems like he’s crushing it right now.
“He’s having a good time, and having a lot of fun on camera.“
