Kentucky is lowering prices at concession stands after agreeing to a new partnership with Compass Group.
The costs of items will be lowered and new products will be introduced at on-campus venues like Kroger Field, Memorial Coliseum and Kentucky Proud Park. Prices will not change at Rupp Arena.
“Game day at Kentucky is about tradition, energy and bringing people together,” Vallen Emery, executive vice president for UK enterprise success, Compass Group, said in a release. “Our focus is on delivering great food, strong value and welcoming hospitality while introducing new offerings that reflect the flavors and traditions of Kentucky. From affordable fan favorites to local restaurant partnerships and signature menu items, we're creating more reasons for fans to make game day memories together.”
The classics will be significantly reduced in price from the 2025-26 athletics season. Here's a look at some of those new numbers:
According to a release from the university, there will also be updates to the menu, including new items and dish presentations, and the continuation of collectible souvenir cups.
The partnership will also be looking to bring local restaurants to the venues. More details about the upgrades will be released prior to football season.
