Madison Square Garden pulls A-list celebrities courtside on any given night, but Saturday brought a different kind of moment for Karl-Anthony Towns.

The New York Knicks’ big man put up 25 points and eight rebounds in a 113-102 win over the Atlanta Hawks in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference NBA playoff series. What came afterward is what went viral.

Towns ran into Kit Harington postgame. The actor played Jon Snow on “Game of Thrones,” and he showed up to watch the Knicks grab a 1-0 series lead.

When the two crossed paths, Towns dropped a line that would make any Westeros fan proud.

“I would bend the knee, but my knee hurts right now,” Towns told Harington, via NBA on Prime.

The Knicks star mentioned he appreciated Harington coming to the game. Towns also shared that he and his wife, Jordyn Woods, recently started rewatching “Game of Thrones” together.

Towns watched the series when it originally aired, but he’s going through it again alongside Woods. The two posed for a photo, and the mutual respect between the actor and the Knicks center was clear.
