Justin Strnad is a Denver Bronco through and through. He was signed in 2021 in the 5th round of the NFL draft. He’s mostly been a very stout special teams player for the Broncos, though that started changing in the 2024 season.
Last year he was a key piece of the Broncos defense, and I’d argue the most consistent ILB talent the Broncos had on their roster.

2026 outlook with the Broncos
Justin Strnad has earned his way to a starting position on the elite Denver Broncos defense. He brings good pass coverage ability to the middle of the field. He’s also a dangerous pass-rushing option and run stopper.
Final Word
Look for Strnad to likely make a statement as a starter this season. He’s done nothing in his time in Denver other than improve each and every year. Some might say he’s almost at his ceiling, if not already there. I wouldn’t count myself amongst their numbers.
