Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love went to the locker room for a concussion evaluation after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit during Saturday night's road game against the Chicago Bears.

Love's helmet collided with Bears pass-rusher Austin Booker in the game's first half and sent the former to the sideline and then to the locker room.

Love's backup, quarterback Malik Willis, checked in to the game to replace him. Love is questionable to come back at this point with the concussion evaluation.

We're not sure yet if Love can return, but we will keep you posted as we know more about his condition.

What a tough break for the Packers at Soldier Field if Love cannot return to the game.
