The New York Jets will be without running back Isaiah Davis for an extended period.
Head coach Aaron Glenn announced at 2026 NFL training camp that the 2024 fifth-round pick has sustained a knee injury. Davis is set to miss a few weeks:
Davis played well last season as Breece Hall's main backup when Braelon Allen sustained an injury of his own. Davis had a career-best year in 2025 with 236 rushing yards, 21 catches for another 186 yards with one touchdown.
In addition, Davis was named by ESPN as an under-the-radar player that head coach Aaron Glenn appears to like. He could end up being an important player for the team moving forward.
