Thunder center Jaylin Williams exited the game and was taken to the locker room midway through the second quarter Sunday in Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs against the Suns.
Williams appeared to have tweaked his ankle after he was whistled for an illegal screen.
The Thunder backup center had four rebounds, two points and two assists in six minutes.
The Suns are down their starting center in Mark Williams, which still leaves OKC with a big size advantage in Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein.
