The NFL draft for 2025 is fast approaching, and the Denver Broncos are looking to use their draft capital to continue building on a stellar 2024 season. The NFL draft is an excellent way for teams to fill in gaps cost-efficiently while also looking to develop those players into potential franchise cornerstones. Don’t believe me? Ask Bo Nix.

Nix excelled within coach Sean Payton’s system, throwing for 29 touchdowns and just over 3,700 yards through the air. The Broncos look to have nailed a franchise quarterback after landing Nix in last year's draft. This is why former NFL head coach Jay Gruden has praised him for his play this past season.

Gruden loved his decision-making and elusiveness, only taking 24 sacks all season, while crediting him for over-performing his draft position, giving him an A-minus grade. Check out the entire clip of Gruden’s breakdown and grade for Nix below.
