OKC Thunder star Jalen Williams is available to make his return for Game 1 of a Western Conference finals series against the San Antonio Spurs at 7:30 p.m. CT Monday.

Williams has been sidelined since April 22 due to a Grade 1 left hamstring strain. He missed OKC's entire second-round series, where it swept the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Thunder's dominance bought more recovery time for Williams, who'll make his return Monday after a 25-day absence. A Grade 1 left hamstring strain typically takes 1-3 weeks to come back from.

Williams will now help OKC take on San Antonio, which won four of the five regular-season meetings. The All-NBA forward gives the Thunder another shot creator, playmaker, rebounder and versatile defender.

The expectation is that Ajay Mitchell will return to the bench upon Williams' return. He averaged 22.5 points, six assists and 1.8 steals as a starter during OKC's sweep of Los Angeles.
