The Detroit Pistons' game against the Charlotte Hornets devolved into a brawl midway through the third quarter at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With a little over seven minutes remaining in the quarter, Charlotte big Moussa Diabate and Detroit big Jalen Duren began tussling, with Duren appearing to make contact with Diabate’s head. That sparked a response from Diabate, and quickly brought coaches from both benches to attempt to calm the fracas.

During the tussle, the Hornets’ Miles Bridges broke free and took a swing at Duren, who reciprocated, though neither appeared to make contact.

As Bridges was hustled away, Pistons big Isaiah Stewart came off the bench and got into a fight with Bridges.

Once all players were separated, two Pistons – Duren and Stewart – and two Hornets – Bridges and Diabate – were given fighting fouls, which come with an automatic ejection.
