Issa Diop set to join Ipswich Town
Morocco international defender Issa Diop is set to leave Fulham and join Ipswich Town according to reports.
The 29-year-old made just eight starts for Fulham the Premier League for the Cottagers but had an impressive World Cup campaign for Morocco this summer. Various outlets are now reporting that Diop is now set to move to newly-promoted Ipswich in a £8.5 million move.
Diop first moved to English football when he departed Toulouse for West Ham United in the summer of 2018 before joining Fulham four seasons later.
Since arriving at Craven Cottage, Diop has featured 96 times for the club, chipping in with three goals from defence.
