The slap heard around the world between Tom Brady and Logan Paul had NFL fans asking, what in the world is Tom Brady doing?

Listen, no one is saying that Tom Brady's playing career will be tarnished by him associating with the WWE, but all the slapping and the trash talk between Brady and Logan is becoming a joke.

Everyone knows all of this is a publicity stunt for some upcoming event between Brady and the wrestling group, but it's weird to see a football icon basically put his image on the line for wrestling.

Some people are questioning Brady's integrity because of his new friends. Barstool founder Dave Portnoy called out Brady for his new look, even calling him "cringy."

"This is a legacy that is being lame-ified," Portnoy declared.

. "What is happening with Tom Brady post-retirement is one of the great downfalls of an icon," Portnoy continued. "You don't want to see him mixed up in lowbrow TikTok flag football leagues in Saudi Arabia or whatever it is. Everything about him is cringy right now to me." Yikes!

Not exactly the thing you want to hear about a future Hall of Famer, but is he wrong? You don't see Joe Montana, Troy Aikman, or even Peyton Manning doing this. Manning started his own production company, Omaha, and showed his humorous side over the years with "Peyton's Places", but he never got in bed with the WWE.

It's not like Brady needs money, far from it. He works as a broadcaster with Fox Sports, and he has a piece of the Las Vegas Raiders, but you do have to scratch your head and wonder what Brady is thinking here, and whether he is turning his respected legacy on its ear.
