Pearsall has battled injury all season long, but when he has been on the field, the second-year wideout has been quite effective, averaging 55.4 yards per game.

Yes, Pearsall is active and healthy despite entering the weekend on the questionable tag.
After the Niners' first drive ended after one play due to a pick-six thrown by Brock Purdy, Pearsall was targeted on the team's second drive but was tripped up by a Chicago defender.
