Is Instincts something that can be coached up?

I think a lot of the 1st-2nd round inside linebackers are missing the ability to react to plays as they develop, can also Richard Sherman-like corners develop instincts?

No...instinct cant be coached up. However....a guy has to have full knowledge of his responsibilities in order to fully use his instincts. If he has to think about what he is doing the instincts dont show.
