After second-seeded Iowa women's basketball's (24-5, 15-3 Big Ten) double-bye in the Big Ten Tournament provided the team with much-deserved rest, will senior forward Hannah Stuelke be available for Friday night's quarterfinal matchup vs. tenth-seeded Illinois (21-10, 9-9 Big Ten)?
According to the Hawkeyes' injury report, the 6-foot-2 native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is not listed with any designation and is expected to be in the starting lineup. Meanwhile, sophomore guard Emely Rodriguez is out again for the 24th straight game, along with senior forward Jada Gyamfi and junior guard Kennise Johnson. Taylor McCabe is also obviously listed as "out for season" with her torn ACL.
Outside of the three season-ending injuries for Illinois, the Fighting Illini do not have any injury concerns entering tonight's clash.
The Hawkeyes and Fighting Illini are scheduled to tip off Friday night at 5:30 p.m. CT from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the game being broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
