The blue flags of Mumbai will fly high this Wednesday evening as the Mumbai Indians continue their home run at Wankhede Stadium when they host Sunrisers Hyderabad.
After falling flat against Delhi Capitals, Rajasthan Royals, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in back-to-back matches, MI bounced back with a massive 99-run win against Gujarat Titans.
However, their joy was short-lived as Chennai Super Kings thrashed them by a 103-run margin in their last outing. While chasing a mammoth 207, Mumbai were bundled for just 104 runs in 19 overs.
In contrast to the hosts, SRH beat Rajasthan Royals by five wickets in their previous match. Chasing a target of 228 runs, SRH took just 18.3 overs to cross the finish line with contributions from Abhishek Sharma, Nitish Reddy and Ishan Kishan standing out.

The Wankhede Stadium of Mumbai is known for its assistance for the batters and generally a batting-friendly track, where tons of runs are scored by both teams.
The wicket is expected to be rather flat from what the trend has been in recent years, making it a batter's paradise. Spin bowlers, however, might find some assistance as the game progresses.
There are very low chances of dew in Mumbai during the peak summer months of April and May. It is unlikely that dew will affect whether bowling or batting first.
