Iowa women's basketball recruit McKenna Woliczko posted a double-double in the Nike Hoop Summit game Saturday, April 11, in Portland, Oregon.
Woliczko, of Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, scored 10 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in Team USA's 104-77 victory over Team World.
Woliczko was one of 12 high school players selected for Team USA to take on a team of 12 players with international ties. She also will play in the Jordan Brand Classic, another national all-star game, on April 17 in Torrance, California. Woliczko recently played in the McDonald's All-American Game in Phoenix, as well.

She'll soon be moving to Iowa City and begin her journey as a Hawkeye. Ava Heiden and Layla Hays will be her roommates.
“I’m obviously really nervous. Just taking that next step, not only just living by myself but also the basketball aspect, the social aspect, all of it,” Woliczko said. “I’m just really excited to feel that new support, and having that new (basketball) family will be so awesome. … I’m so excited to experience that.”
Woliczko is the No. 6 overall prospect in the Class of 2026 by ESPN.
