After returning to the floor on Wednesday, Caitlin Clark didn't play on Thursday night. The Indiana Fever opted to rest Clark in the second game of its back-to-back, alternating games played for Clark and Fever center Aliyah Boston.

Clark scored nine points on 4 of 12 shooting, including 1 of 6 accuracy from 3-point range in Wednesday's 106-92 loss at the Los Angeles Sparks.

"Especially when you haven’t played for two, two and a half weeks, a game environment is just so much different than anything we can replicate,” Clark told the IndyStar following the Fever’s Wednesday loss at Los Angeles.

“Even though my workouts have been hard and I’ve responded well to those, you just don’t know when you get into a game environment … Obviously, I’m such a competitor, I think I can play more, but that can sometimes get you in trouble. It’s a long season, it’s a long year, and a couple games like this isn’t gonna mess you up. Just get your feel back, and it’ll be OK overall.”

Indiana (13-9) bounced back on Thursday, winning at the Phoenix Mercury, 92-89.

Clark has been battling a back injury that has now sidelined her four times this season. As fans wait for concrete updates from Clark and the Fever on the three-time All-Star's injury status moving forward, here's a look at the Fever's upcoming schedule and potential dates to catch Clark in action:
