Everything on this team can be justified with injuries but one thing cannot be and that is our guards on the OL. In a way Copper's lingering injury is still an aspect of even that area but still this is the one area which I feel this staff has failed at... it really sucks because OTs are much harder to find and we seem to have that fixed

Massie's inability to handle speed rushers off the edge has elevated finding a right tackle to the number one off season priority. Is there another team in the league that has to designate a guard and a running back to handle an edge rusher because their right tackle can't block them?

Sorry, but a pass rusher and a starting caliber every down back and a TE and insurance at QB if Thomas fails in the future, and a guard that can move a pile, overrides RT by leaps and bounds lol

That was non contact injury and if you want to blame Massie for that situation, then there is nothing I can say to make you see the reality that Massie is not a major problem

That is insane. Palmer was hurt when he stepped up, not on a hit.

Massie is fine.

Both of our guards are weak and have no push on run plays and allow pressure on pass plays.

Both need replaced at some point.

On the play Palmer was hurt, the defense rushed five men. The Cardinals were in an empty backfield. The Cardinals slanted the protection to the right, but Massie blocked down which resulted in a double team and left the free rusher that caused Palmer to hop forward. Massie blowing his assignments is why the team signed Winston last season.
