I almost never complain about the play calling, especially when it's BA because he is an amazing play caller. Having said that I was chanting run the ball. We needed to kill clock anyways and we had two downs to get the 1st down. Plus CJ and DJ could easily have broken it for a long gain.

The game wasn't lost by that call, it was lost by 4 TO's and crappy play in the red zones by both te O and D.[/QUOTE]

I kind of disagree with this. This is the point in ball games where despite the fact you played poorly for 58 minutes and you are somehow still in the ball game, you figure out a way to win. I think if you put GB, Den, NE, Sea, in this position they end up winning this game. For whatever reason in the same situation BA/CP have a brain fart.

Totally agree. I've seen so many people write about how "good of a team" we are to only lose by two (at home to a mediocre opponent). But we already know we're a good team. An ELITE teams WINS that game and apparently we're not at that level yet and without any kind of pass rush, I'm
Suspect if we can be this season.

This is what it boils down to for me. Elite teams win that game. We didn't. The lack of a consistent pass rush will, I'm afraid, keep us from being elite. The other elite teams we want to compete with have elite QB's and I don't care how talented our secondary is, we're not giving Aaron Rodgers 5 seconds in the pocket and winning that game.

He was throwing dimes under absolute duress yesterday.

Sick ass Stat of the day:

Aaron Rodgers last 2 seasons: 49 TD passes, 5 Int http://t.co/JjHKS56m99

His career TD to INT ratio is just 1.6%, lowest in NFL history.
