but this might be the year I do.....offensive line is putrid, the secondary is looking like a complete weakness.
Palmer has absolutely zero faith in his protection, and rightfully so.

Secondary looks fine. Carr is just chucking the ball at will.

Only person on the line that looks decent tonight is Cooper

Okafor, HB and Campbell are the only three guys right now that seem to have shown up... oh, that DJ at running back is reminding one of the good and the bad of having solely Larry Centers as the offense lol

The team is just terrible on paper on this season. We lost a lot of pro bowl talent in the offseason and haven't gained anything but free agancy and draft busts.

Agree to disagree with this. I think our secondary is a position of strength tbh.

If we lose this game tonight, someone please tell me what our overall record would be.

Thanks in advanced.

People seem to like stats , here's some !!!

1990 preseason --- 0 and 4

1991 preseason --- 2 and 3

1992 preseason --- 2 and 2

1993 preseason --- 2 and 3

That was the Buffalo Bills stats as they went to 4 straight Super Bowls !!!!

Coaches can't be happy how dominated the OL was.

Sowell reminds me of Levi in pass pro. He wasn't that bad on the left side was he??

Reason #5498 not to overreact to the preseason:

This was what the Bills Qbs did yesterday:

You must be registered for see images attach

Anyone really think this will continue into the regular season?

The offensive line is a definite concern with Iupati and Massie out and I don't feel that that is an overreaction.

Yes, but quality offensive linemen aren't going to get cut. There is always going to be a step back when you take out two of the starters on your offensive line. You have to deal with it. Mack is a beast. He makes good linemen look bad, and of course he is going to whip Sowell. If I am taking anything away from this game it is that Watford looked ok at RT, and Humphries is not consistent which is/was Cooper's problem. Shipley will always struggle vs a NT, and Cooper was ok. It is what it is at this point.

I believe Earl deserves to start at RT next game to see if keeps looking good. We already know what we have/don't have in Sowell which is barely decent to average

My huge concern from the game this week was the Oline. Even Veldhere was getting beat badly and fairy often. Palmer getting pounded in preseason is mostly a horrible thing. The only positive is that he kept getting back up so he's not a china doll.

The offense was very disappointing tonight which means the D has to play over the top incredible D, which it has not so far.

I don't see the downside.

Gather problem with Sowell is that he's so bad that he needs help every play, no matter who is lining up across from him. This means that Veldheer is on an island too often against guys like Mack.

I'm more worried about the creeping suspicion that Andre Ellington might be a one-year-wonder.

He's simply not a starting RB imo. Add to that that BA isn't ever going to fully commit to a steady diet of running the rock because he wants the chunk plays.

Its weird how a good second half actually mollifies me a bit, when all I thought about after our first 2 games was 'our starters did well, second half doesn't matter'.

I think the secondary is a strength. They have ball players back there
