Hayes is not a inside linebacker. Does anybody know who this guys is or not. He played ILB and SLB in college. He only weighs a big 238 lbs which would make him a SLB, not an ILB. So for now on make no mistakes Hayes(238lbs) = SLB, Gilbert(252) = ILB.
