After falling into a 3-0 hole against the Flyers, the Penguins have rattled off two consecutive wins to keep their season alive. Now, the first-round series will shift back to Philadelphia for Game 6 on Wednesday night.
Behind goals from Elmer Soderblom, Connor Dewar and Kris Letang, the Penguins secured a 3-2 victory in Game 5. The Flyers erased a two-goal deficit in the second period, but Pittsburgh quickly responded with a wild goal from Letang, who saw his shot bounce off Philadelphia goaltender Dan Vladar before finding its way to the back of the net.
