How to watch France v Sweden, team news, predicted line-ups and more
France and Sweden go head-to-head for a place in the World Cup round of 16 when they meet in the round of 32 on Tuesday evening.
Didier Deschamps’ side progressed to the knockout stages after finishing top of Group K, while Sweden booked their place in the last 32 after finishing third in Group J and advancing as one of the best third-placed teams.

Team news
William Saliba is expected to return to the France side after being rested against Norway having admitted he is not at full fitness. Marcus Thuram and N’Golo Kante are both doubts, however.
Sweden have been dealt a significant injury blow with defender Isak Hien ruled out for the rest of the tournament.

Recent form
Sweden came through their group with four points, beating Tunisia 5-1 before losing to the Netherlands by the same scoreline. That was followed by a 1-1 draw with Japan.
France won all their group games, beating Senegal, Iraq and Norway comfortably.
What’s been said?
France boss Deschamps on facing Sweden: “They defend with five and they are dangerous when there are spaces. They’re also very good from set pieces and long throws. Just look at their front three, they all play for big clubs.”
Sweden head coach Graham Potter: “We have to be as close to perfect as we can be. We know the quality of the opponent and we have full respect for that.”
