Minnesota took control of the series Saturday despite losing Anthony Edwards and Donte DiVincenzo to injuries during the game. Ayo Dosunmu came off the bench for a career-high 43 points, shooting 13-for-17 from the field and 5-for-5 from three, while the Timberwolves pulled away in the second half to move one win from advancing.

Denver now faces elimination at home after another rough offensive night. Jamal Murray scored 30 points, while Nikola Jokic had 24 points, 15 rebounds, and 9 assists, but the Nuggets shot just 6-for-27 from three and could not match Minnesota’s depth. Game 5 is set for Monday night in Denver, where the Nuggets need a win to keep the series alive.
The Timberwolves will need another balanced scoring effort and continued bench production to close out the series. For Denver, they need a vintage Jokic performance, better shooting from deep, and reestablishment of home-court control.
