Lee has been a Knicks season-ticket holder for decades, and he's been waiting to see the team in the NBA Finals as much as any fan over the last 27 years. Lee was frequently at Knicks playoff games in the 1990s, when New York competed for the NBA title and made the NBA Finals twice in a five-year span.

It's possible that Lee had to shell out tens thousands of dollars to make sure he got his seats for Games 3 and 4 of the NBA Finals. It's also possible that he was invited to celebrity row on a discount compared to the rest of the tickets on sale.
