This time last week, fans across the world were filling out brackets for the 2026 women's NCAA Tournament.

Only one perfect bracket remains. With the Sweet 16 beginning Friday, the sole perfect bracket belongs to an ESPN user who has Texas beating UConn in the national title game. Their Final Four consists of those teams along with TCU and UCLA.

It's a remarkable feat considering just how historic and unpredictable this tournament has been. Virginia became the first team to reach the Sweet 16 after starting in the First Four, beating Georgia and Iowa in overtime along the way.

The user also predicted No. 6 seed Notre Dame to beat third-seeded Ohio State in Round 2. Going forward, the user picked Duke to beat the higher-seeded LSU and also had TCU upsetting South Carolina, the latter of which would be incredibly surprising.

With 15 games left in the tournament, it's possible the user could pull off the first perfect bracket in men's or women's March Madness history.
