I mean really?
If Gannon is to be fired shouldn’t we know by Black Monday?
I would imagine discussions of this staffs future have been discussed in length already. Will this organization really need more time to evaluate this abomination?

Start gathering your list of who you’d like to see hired. I feel he’s got to come from within this division.
Give me Kubiak or Saleh.

Have the Cards ever announced a firing on the day of or the day after the season ending?

I like Kubiak but lots of teams are gonna be interested in him though.

Yep cause if heads don’t roll I suspect many fans are gonna quit spending their hard earned money….the good news is I also suspect that Mr bidwill can easily get us all excited again by getting us a Kubiak Mendoza combo…..or even a Mike mcarthy Moore combo….mcarthy would pull us out of the sludge and 9 to 11 wins which I would gladly take

You will be disappointed with new HC if Gannon is fired. It will be a coordinator again and back to OJT. Hope the Big Red doesnt bet the farm on Mendoza or Moore. Except for QB desperate teams they are not first round picks and the Big Red cant develop QBs. It will be right back down the path of the franchise QB fiscal hole that has hamstrung the team over last few years. It isnt the rookie contract. It is the second contract. Since moving the Big Red only has success with veteran FA's who already know how to play at NFL level. I would be surprised if Bidwill voluntarily dived back into the fiscal pit of a franchise QB unless the prospect was another cant miss like Payton Manning or Andrew Luck.

I predict we don't fire Gannon right away, but there is a lot of outcry, then Mikey B decides to fire him but after the best coaches have been swooped up by far more competent teams.
Nah. The best assistants are gonna be working deep into the playoffs. I’m not going to sweat missing interviews in the bye week.

We will not compete for top candidates so don’t worry.

We probably hire Mike Kafka.

Have they ever? It's their standard practice.

They fired Buddy Ryan, Vince Tobin, Dave McGinnis, Dennis Green, Ken Whisenhunt, Steve Wilks, and, as @kerouac9 stated, Kingsbury on the Mondays after their final games. That's every single coach they fired in the last 30 years. And the Cardinals famously fired Jim Hanifan on the same day as their season-ending loss and changed the locks on his office doors before the game was over.

Looks as though they didn't fire Joe Bugel until 25 Jan 1994, however - 23 days after his last game.

I’m interested to hear what your solution is then? What free agent QB is going to be out there that’s going to change around this franchise?

You can’t sell me that injuries alone are the reason we are the joke of the nfc west. We are truly at rock bottom - Gannon and the staff he stuck by has failed us and this organization. Maybe we hire a winning coach, maybe we don’t- the only wrong answer here in my mind is to run it back. Count me out on 2026 if we do that

Ah. Thanks! :) I really didn't know. I didn't even remember that Kliff got fired on the Monday after the final game of the regular season.

Someone with the proper skills needs to start a petition to fire the Bidwill family. Notify the NFL that we are sick and tired of their baffoonary and they need to Snyder Mikey.

It will never happen. The biggest impact we can make is stop buying tickets and anything associated with this team.
