Adrian Yanez vs. Cody Garbrandt squared off earlier tonight (Sat., July 11, 2026) at UFC 329 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a fun fight, the two traded big punches until “No Love” hit the canvas.
Garbrandt started the fight fast, finding the mark with his first flurry of the fight and putting Yanez on his heels. Yanez kept his composure, however, even as Garbrandt continued to attack with the occasional blitz and low kick. After a minute or two, Yanez seemed to have a handle on his opponent’s speed. Before too long, Yanez began to time his counter shots, and they took immediate effect.
Garbrandt tried to blitz behind his right hand and walked into a shifting southpaw check hook — the same shot TJ Dillashaw caught him with in their third fight. With Garbrandt stunned, Yanez pushed the issue and landed two more crushing hooks, sending “No Love” collapsing to the canvas.

Technically, Yanez is now 2-1-1 in his last four fights. However, there’s a strong argument to be made that Yanez should be 4-0 in that span with proper officiating. Regardless of the details, he’s really turned things around since a disastrous pair of losses in 2023, looking much more like the hotshot prospect who was climbing the ranks at the start of his UFC career.
