The Colorado State men's basketball team has secured a commitment from a high-scoring big man.

Augustinas Kiudulas has verbally committed to transfer to the Rams, sources close to the program confirmed to the Coloradoan.

Kiudulas is a 6-foot-8, 215-pound forward who is transferring from VMI (Virginia Military Institute) following his sophomore season. He played his freshman season at Indiana State.

Kiudulas, originally from Lithuania, averaged 15.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game last season at VMI. He shot 45% from the field and 32% from 3-point range last season, even hitting five 3-pointers in one game.

Kiudulas was fifth in the SoCon (Southern Conference) at 2.4 offensive rebounds per game and seventh in the league in overall rebounds. He was ninth in the league in scoring.

He started 32 of 33 games for VMI, playing 29 minutes per game and has starting potential for the Rams.
