GREEN BAY − As the 2025 NFL Draft unfolds, the Green Bay Packers' rivals in the NFC North also were busy adding to their rosters with opening-round selections Thursday.
Here are the draft picks of the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings.
This file will be updated as additional 2025 NFL Draft first-round selections are made Thursday night.
Pick No. 10 − Colston Loveland, tight end, Michigan
The 2024 Mackey Award finalist played in 39 games, starting 24, over three seasons at Michigan. He caught 117 passes for 1,466 yards and 11 touchdowns in his career. In 2024, he set a Michigan record for most catches in a single season (56). At 6-foot-6 and 248 pounds, Loveland's size and athleticism could pose a mismatch at the NFL level in the passing game.
USA TODAY Network Analysis: "Colston Loveland was anchored by the worst quarterback situation in America last season, yet still put up 56 catches for 582 yards and five touchdowns, which was more than the entire wide receiver corps combined. He's an elite athlete, fantastic route runner and has reliable hands and should become a truly elite weapon at the NFL level in short time." − Tony Garcia, Detroit Free Press
