Beyond the obvious decision of whether he still wants to put the work in to play at the level he does, it’s also a matter of what options he has. A lot will happen between now and free agency. The draft, trades, etc. The whole league could look different depending on who wins this year and whether players like Giannis Antetokounmpo are traded before the draft/free agency. So there’s really no way to know what LeBron’s options are yet.
