Hayfield baseball team rallies back to beat Falcons after big win over Ely

Apr. 11— The Hayfield baseball team stormed back from a nine-run hole to beat Wabasha-Kellogg 11-10 after it beat Ely 13-3 in a pair of games played at Hayfield Saturday.

Hayfield pitcher Charlie Walker came on in relief and allowed just one run in six innings, while striking out nine to score the win over the Falcons.

Ben Nelson had a double and an RBI against WK for Hayfield (4-1 overall).
