- When the Canadiens drafted Tyler Thorpe, the goal was to add a player to the mix that had an interesting combination of size and skill. Given his draft position, the expectations must remain reasonable, but there’s no doubt Thorpe will be given ample opportunities to prove his worth in the AHL. - Zachary Bolduc is yet to sign a contract extension, however, he’s still busy sharpening his skill in Brossard with the rest of his teammates. The biggest question remains whether the Canadiens will offer him a short-term contract, or attempt to lock him in for the long term.
