The new era of Head Coach Dennis Green officially began with the first team practice of the off-season on Friday morning. Although the weekend long mini camp is voluntary, there were only two players not in attendance. Linebacker Levar Fisher was absent due to having his knee flushed while linebacker Ron McKinnon, the players’ representative, is attending NFL Player Association meetings in Hawaii.

What I like is the fact that every player on the roster are in attendance at the first "voluntary" practice (except Fisher getting his knee scoped, and McKinnon another obligation as player's union rep).

Denny has got his point across... your job security will be based upon commitment and performance, YEAH!

This image says it all. If my boss walked up to me with his hands on his hips like this and glared at me....I would instantly get the message.
