Goalkeeper scores incredible last-minute bicycle kick

Goalkeepers being sent up for a corner is the last roll of the dice for any losing side.


But on the occasions when it does pay off, it is well worth the gamble.

Alisson, Peter Schmeichel and Jimmy Glass are just three shot-stoppers who became as formidable opponents in the opposition's penalty area as they were their own.

That illustrious fraternity gained a new member recently with a non-league goalkeeper producing a bicycle kick to send his team into a penalty shootout.

But it proved to be a bittersweet moment for Johnson, as the match went to penalties, where his side were ultimately beaten by Felixstowe & Walton Utd.
