Germany defender Jonathan Tah will leave Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen after 10 years when his contract expires in summer.
Tah confirmed the decision after Leverkusen's 1-1 draw at St Pauli on Sunday night, which all but ended their title hopes as leaders Bayern Munich are eight points ahead with only four matchdays left.
Asked whether the four games would be his last for the club, Tah said "yes". He added "that the club knows it."
Tah, 29, did not say where he would play next season in what will be a free transfer. Barcelona and Bayern are reportedly interested, and Tah already appeared close to a Munich move last year.
Centre back Tah joined Leverkusen in 2015 from SV Hamburg.
He was a key player in their almost perfect 2023-24 season when they won the Bundesliga and German Cup double and their only defeat across all competitions came in the Europa League final against Atalanta.
