German second-division team Magdeburg have yet to implement any major measures with regards to their fans or security despite a riot at a match last weekend which injured over 70 police officers.
The eastern German derby with Dynamo Dresden last Saturday was marred by supporters hurling paving stones and manhole covers at police.
Magdeburg play at home again on Friday against Hanover but little will change from the club's perspective.
"We are aware that many people now expect concrete measures and clear answers. At the same time, however, we are still in the middle of the review process," a club statement said on Thursday.
"As long as this process is not completed, we cannot and do not want to publish any premature assessments or packages of measures."
Officers suffered "serious head injuries" including traumatic brain injuries, Saxony-Anhalt Interior Minister Tamara Zieschang told the state parliament as she called on the club to ban any individuals identified as rioters. "I expect the club to cooperate in the investigation."
On Wednesday, a 29-year-old fan was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder but others remain at large.
Initial findings show that pyrotechnics were thrown from the away section towards the home fans, after which Magdeburg supporters attempted to enter the away stand. A confrontation with police then ensued.
