Oklahoma defeated Georgia Tech on Sunday 15-8 to force this elimination game this afternoon. The winner will advance to the Kansas Jayhawks in the Super Regional.
Oklahoma's pitching staff did a good handling the Yellow Jackets after they jumped out to an 8-2 lead in Sunday's game. The Sooners' bats came alive after that scoring 13 unanswered runs. If they can continue the ability to keep Georgia Tech from exploding offensively, the Sooners could be headed to Lawrence Kansas.
