Full NCAA Tournament Hattiesburg Regional schedule: See Jax State's path

Jacksonville State baseball will head to down to Mississippi to kick off the NCAA Tournament.

The Gamecocks (46-13) will play in the Hattiesburg Regional. They will play Virginia in the first game. Jax State is joined by the regional's top seed, Southern Miss, and No. 4 seed Little Rock in the regional. The Gamecocks will get started at 6 p.m. CT Friday. Southern Miss is the No. 9 national seed.

The Gamecocks run-ruled Liberty in the Conference USA Tournament finals to claim their first CUSA title since joining the league three seasons ago.

Friday, May 29​

Game 1: No. 1 Southern Miss vs. No. 4 Little Rock, 1 p.m. on ESPN+.

Game 2: No. 2 Virginia vs. No. 3 Jacksonville State, 6 p.m. on ESPN+.

Saturday, May 30​

Game 3: Loser of Game 1 vs. Loser of Game 2, 3 p.m.

Game 4: Winner of Game 1 vs. Winner of Game 2, 8 p.m.

Sunday, May 31​

Game 5: Winner of Game 3 vs. Loser of Game 4, 4 p.m.

Game 6: Winner of Game 4 vs. Winner of Game 5, 8 p.m.

Monday, June 1​

Game 7 (If Necessary): Rematch of Game 6, TBD
