The road to the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City officially kicks off on Friday as the NCAA softball tournament begins.
We're set for regional action all weekend, and on the first day of the tournament, top-seeded regional hosts will take on the regional No. 4 seed, while the No. 2 and 3 seeds square off, as well. That will set up the winners and losers brackets on Saturday, in which we'll say farewell to half the teams in our field.
